High Altitude Courses Established in accordance with H.A.A.T.S.

TYJ's Helicopter Training Curriculum was established in conjunction with the United States Army's High Altitude Army Training Site

Nationally recognized Leadership/Alumni

TYJ Global is THE exclusive helicopter training center for the Nebraska State Patrol Air Unit and the City of Omaha Police Department. We have trained pilots for the Albuquerque PD, San Juan County (NM) Sheriff's Department, Boulder County Drug Task Force, Douglas County Sheriff, Colorado State Patrol, Denver PD, Westminster PD, and Colorado Springs PD. We have provided air support for the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office, and trained with the Boulder County Drug Task Force and Denver Joint Terrorism Task Force.

A Commitment to Safety

TYJ Owner Mike Fyola, in conjunction with ICF and FAA personnel, developed the first FAA Helicopter Aviation Safety Inspector Indoctrination Course.

TYJ Global, at it's core, is a collective of personnel who share a love of helicopter flight, and wish to pass it on to as many as possible. From the introduction of helicopter pilotage, to search and rescue operations in the treacherous terrain of the Rocky Mountains, we operate without compromising safety to accomplish the mission at hand.

 

TYJ operates under both part 61 and 141 regulations. Our structured courses have gained FAA approval, and although we place emphasis on 141 courses, part 61 is also available by request. For more information, please visit our "Training" Page.
